1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MoFace ("we", "us", "our") for macOS and the MoFace website. By using MoFace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may use MoFace for macOS and the website. There are no age restrictions for use.

3. License & Use

MoFace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the MoFace macOS app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of MoFace without our written permission.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MoFace.
• Use MoFace for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

MoFace offers access through recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and a one-time lifetime payment.

• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and again within 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle.
• Free Trials:
  • The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial.
  • The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial.
  Your Apple ID will be charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Unused portions of the trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment grants access to MoFace features for the life of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue support or functionality in future versions or operating systems.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update MoFace or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MoFace at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using MoFace at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use of the website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in MoFace are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

10. Disclaimer

MoFace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that MoFace will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoFace and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app or website.
